Data Processing SpecialistWe are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Data Processing Specialist to manage record updates and data entry tasks for a 3 - 4 month contract assignment. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with high-volume tasks, and proficient in typing and data entry. Qualified candidates need to be flexible to come into the office as needed after training. Training will be 2-3 days on site. A standard typing test will be required. Interested candidates should apply for immediate consideration.ResponsibilitiesUpdate addresses, beneficiary names, and legal name changes in internal systems.Process tasks received through multiple internal channels.Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.Complete ~100 tasks per day with attention to detail.Support new platform rollout to streamline processes over time.QualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent typing and data entry (60 WPM preferred; 50 WPM acceptable with high accuracy).Ability to follow structured processes and handle high-volume tasks efficiently.Previous experience in data entry, record management, or administrative processing is a plus.Schedule & TrainingInitial training requires 2 days in the office.After training, the role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office work if needed.Pay Range: Hourly $24.00 to $24.00We offer several comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, paid and unpaid time off, and retirement and savings plans to qualifying employees.Sparks Group is an equal opportunity employer.
