As a Collection Sales Associate, you will grow a client book that focuses on client experience and building lasting relationships, while strategically driving the business through proactive selling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Foster client relationships through knowledge of current trends, styling, and selling techniques. Execute a strategy that prioritizes client experience and delivers exceptional results. Brainstorm with leaders to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales results. Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment. Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology. Build a client book by establishing client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement. Act as a Brand Ambassador and uphold an elevated boutique image.

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele. Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required. Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
