Housekeeper - Part TimeHousekeepers are responsible for regularly cleaning community facilities and buildings to ensure the community remains presentable and sanitary at all times.Job Duties:Cleans, sanitizes and stocks kitchen areas with paper productsCleans and sanitizes appliances to ensure they are free of food particles, mold, and mildew. Defrosts freezer as neededCleans, sanitizes and stocks bathrooms, including ensuring they are well lit and rubber mats are in place to ensure safetyFollows all established safety procedures and precautions. Immediately reports any unsafe/hazardous conditions, incidents/accidents, and/or defective equipment to Community Manager or immediate supervisorEnsures the general property appearance is well maintained and orderlySweeps, mops, waxes, and buffs floors as neededCleans windows and screens, ensuring they are in functioning orderMaintains washers and dryers by wiping surfaces, removing lint, and handling routine maintenanceEnsures all offices are clean and neat.
