  Washing Equipment of Texas (WET) is an established, full-service provider of industrial cleaning equipment, parts, chemicals, and related services. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Sales Support & Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This position plays an important role in supporting our sales department, service department, assisting customers, and ensuring daily sales operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and will work directly with the local branch manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with sales inquiries, product information, and general customer service.
• Prepare sales quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers.
• Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, equipment demonstrations, and customer communications.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers purchasing equipment, parts, and cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and order information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Provide general administrative and office support.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate paperwork and sales records.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or office administration preferred.
• Willingness to learn about industrial cleaning equipment and related products.
• Must be drug free
