CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a long-term care/nursing home setting. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, demonstrating strong clinical skills and a commitment to resident well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Observe and document residents' conditions, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
• Follow established care plans to meet individual resident needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with facility standards.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support resident comfort and dignity.

Qualifications:

• Credentialed CNA with an active GA license.
• Minimum of one year LTC experience in a healthcare setting.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous travel healthcare experience preferred.
• Must have EMR experience, preferably with ECS.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
