Team Member Requirements at Chick-fil-A:

Must be 14 years of age or older

Full-Time Availability:

Availability Monday to Saturday (work schedule would be 4-5 days a week)

Day shift preferred 5:30am - 5:00pm

Night shift 11:00am - 10:30pm or 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Part-Time Availability:

Minimum availability required on Fridays and Saturdays

Responsibilities of Customer Service Team Members:

• Familiarize yourself with all menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness in all food preparation and service areas.
• Perform various kitchen and front-end cleaning and stocking activities, such as dishwashing, general and equipment cleaning, storage, and rotation of food and supplies.
• Handle all food-related activities, storage, and cleaning in accordance with sanitary procedures that comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures.
• Interact with our guests anticipating and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Execute hospitality in the dining room ensuring all guests receive prompt and consistent attention.
• Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during high-volume periods, to preserve a hospitable experience for our guests.
• Trustworthy, reliable, humble, and easy to train

Heart of House (Kitchen) Team Member Responsibilities:

• Know all Chick-fil-A menu items and their respective recipes.
• Execute hospitality by cooking, preparing, and presenting food orders to meet Chick-fil-As quality standards.
• Contribute to a safe and positive overall environment by maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift in all food preparation areas.
• Perform various kitchen cleaning and stocking activities, such as dishwashing, general and equipment cleaning, storage, and rotation of food and supplies.
• Handle all food-related activities, storage, and cleaning in accordance with sanitary procedures that comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures.
• Maintain a calm attitude, especially during high-volume periods, to preserve a positive work environment and a hospitable experience for our guests.
• Trustworthy, reliable, humble, and easy to train
