Brand Strategy Director

Responsible for the strategic stewardship and market presence of the brand, the full-time remote Brand Strategy Director will define brand strategy, analyze advertising performance, and collaborate with creative leadership and agency partners to ensure effective brand expression across all channels. Key responsibilities: Defines and stewards the brand strategy, positioning, voice, messaging, and standards in collaboration with the creative director Monitors competitive landscape and consumer behavior to provide insights and strategic recommendations for brand relevance Owns the performance of the brand advertising portfolio, analyzing campaign data and providing optimization recommendations Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience Ten years of progressive experience in brand strategy, advertising performance, and agency management Proven track record of analyzing advertising performance data and presenting actionable recommendations to leadership Experience working with external creative and media agencies, providing strategic direction and managing performance expectations Strong analytical capability to independently assess advertising performance and translate insights into recommendations
