Painter & Finishes Tech - 3rd Shift

The position is located at the Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center, a high-end private hotel in Westlake, Texas. The hotel has 1,400 single-occupancy rooms, nine restaurants and lounges, 200,000 square feet of meeting space, and a fitness center and sports fields for associates. Responsibilities Repair walls, ceilings, and other surfaces throughout the hotel and meeting spaces. Perform preventive maintenance work orders and maintain organized logs. Identify problems, initiate work orders, and complete assigned repairs. Use building systems such as the Building Management System and Life Safety Systems (training provided). Maintain inventory of tools and use proper PPE and safety protocols. Assist with maintenance requests for other trades as needed. Qualifications Interior painting experience required. Ability to work independently on paint jobs and properly patch and paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, etc. Preferred ability to repair vinyl, faux, tile surfaces. Experience using brushes, rollers, sprayers, and related tools. Texas driver’s license with a good driving record preferred. Benefits & Perks Weekly pay. 10 days of holiday pay.
