Document changes in progress notes as outlined in procedures./liliTake resident vital signs as directed by Clinical Wellness Manager./liliAssist residents, as necessary, with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as outlined in their Board and Care Plan (bathing, dressing, etc.)/liliRespond to and act appropriately in emergency or disaster situations./liliPlan and complete duties with minimal direction from the supervisor./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent./liliQMAP or MedTech certification is required./liliExperience working with seniors./li/ulpWoodlake Legacy Senior Living is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
