The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, cloud technologies, and modern development practices. The role involves technical leadership, solution design, code reviews, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of scalable and secure Java-based applications.Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.Mentor and guide developers on best practices and technical solutions.Drive CI/CD adoption and cloud-native application development.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.Required Experience8+ years of Java development experience.Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and Microservices.Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure Cloud.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
