Client Service ManagerWe are looking for a Client Service Manager to drive sales and revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients in the Charlotte, NC area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.Location: Charlotte, NC 28216Pay: $65,000- $75,000 Base Salary + Commissions.Requirements2+ years of client-facing experience in stormwater or aquatic servicesSales, relationship development, or customer service experienceCollege degree preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsValid driver's license and a clean driving recordAbility to work well in a team environment, independent thought and critical thinking, business acumen, and an internal motivation to succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesPursues new leads generated by existing client base, digital campaigns, and tradeshows.Responds to and acknowledges all client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.Identify and target potential clients through research and data miningConnect with decision-makers via phone and emailServe as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requestsEstimate and generate proposals for new and existing clientsRecommend additional services to current clientsDevelop and implement relationship-building programs (e.g., site meetings, lunch & learns, etc.)Perform physical tasks such as driving, walking on steep slopes, bending, and kneelingBenefits & PerksHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) matchingLife InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountsPaid Time Off & Holiday PayEmployee Assistance ProgramDragonfly Pond Works is a leading environmental service company specializing in stormwater management.
