Catalyst Endeavours is expanding our Indianapolis team and is hiring  Entry-Level Sales Representatives . We're looking for motivated, competitive individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a team-focused environment.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you build confidence and develop professionally.

What You'll Do:

• Represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face customer interactions
• Build positive relationships with customers while providing excellent service
• Learn about products and services to help customers identify solutions that fit their needs
• Assist with customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude while representing the company
