As an Enterprise Security Sales Executive, you'll serve as a key driver of expansion in a dynamic, advisory-driven sales setting. This isn't about high-volume, low-engagement dealsit's consultative selling at its core: assessing risks, informing prospects about evolving security needs, and guiding leaders toward a forward-thinking model that truly works today. You'll connect directly with C-level executives, property principals, and operational decision-makers to reveal hidden exposures, measure potential impacts, and present a proactive platform proven to generate tangible outcomes.

We particularly value applicants with prior success selling into the cannabis sector or automotive dealership verticals. Your skill in managing intricate B2B decision-making cycles, navigating strict regulatory landscapes, and clearly articulating benefits to varied audiences will enable you to effectively demonstrate the platform's value in these specialized markets.

You will manage the complete sales process from start to finish: initiating outreach and needs assessment, conducting compelling demos, crafting proposals, negotiating terms, and securing commitments. Top performers excel by emphasizing value rather than cost, prevention instead of response, and measurable results over technical specs. Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and secure new accounts via proactive outreach and targeted networking
  • Pinpoint security weaknesses for prospects and convert them into customized, outcome-focused proposals
  • Showcase live demonstrations of video monitoring services, AI-enhanced surveillance tools, and on-the-spot intervention features
  • Build personalized security configurations that optimize protection levels, area coverage, and affordability
  • Lead clients through the setup phase to guarantee effective rollout and sustained success
  • Foster lasting client partnerships to drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and loyalty
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and new advancements in security tech

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales; background in cannabis or automotive dealership sales highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of video surveillance systems, digital monitoring, AI-based security technologies, or comparable offerings
  • Strong capacity to rapidly learn technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-expert audiences
  • Assertive presenter with proven negotiation abilities and consistent closing performance
  • Proactive, disciplined professional with superior organization and pipeline management skills

Compensation & Career Path

  • Base salary: $100,000
  • Unlimited commission structure; top performers realistically achieve $150,000$175,000+ on-target earnings (OTE)
