Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Call Center Job ID:26-05239 Location: West Chester, Ohio 45069 Duration: 05 months on W2 contract Job Description: Client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support cardholders by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent customer service. This remote position requires strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills. Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries. Provide accurate information and prompt solutions to cardholders. Manage customer information across multiple systems. Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Navigate multiple software applications while assisting customers. Follow established procedures and meet performance expectations. Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. At least 1 year of customer service experience. Proficiency using Chromebooks and dual monitors. Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook. Ability to multitask, type, and navigate multiple applications while speaking with customers. Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace. Must live within 60 miles or 60 minutes of the Cincinnati hub. Flexibility to work shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST, including one weekend day, for a total of five working days per week. Must pass the required background investigation (education and employment verification excluded) and fingerprinting. Must meet applicable Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act requirements. Preferred Qualifications Banking or financial services experience. Call center experience. Experience working remotely. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and adapt to changing processes.
