Qualifications Bilingual Spanish preferred Previous customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers that walk in. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
