Medical Office Specialist

Nextaff is hiring an experienced Medical Office Receptionist to work with our client, a busy primary care medical practice in Naples, FL. As a Medical Office Receptionist, you will greet and check in patients, answer telephone calls, field inquiries regarding scheduling, prescription refills, billing, and other general patient questions, and ensure patient notes are updated. This is a full‑time, contract‑to‑hire assignment, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM schedule, with a path to earning a permanent position with benefits.
