Floating to ER and Med Surg departments is required. /n Responsibilities: /n /n - Provide care for ICU patients with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2-3 /n - Float to ER, assisting with call lights, medication pass, transport, IV starts, and blood draws /n - Float to Med Surg, managing up to 6 patients or functioning as an aide with 12 patients /n /n Requirements: /n /n - 2+ years of ICU experience required /n - BLS and ACLS certifications required /n - ER & Med Surg experience preferred /n - Experience with ventilators, titratable drips, mixing medications, and patient hygiene preferred /n - TNCC preferred /n - Fingerprints required for all New Mexico travelers /n /n /n Thrive Staffing Job ID #18718583.
