Klarus Home Health is seeking a skilled and motivated RN Clinical Manager for our Albuquerque, NM growing home health office, who brings strong home health, OASIS expertise, and leadership experience. If you're passionate about mentoring clinicians, improving outcomes, and delivering exceptional patient care, this is your opportunity to step into a role where your impact is felt every day.
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for home health nursing teams
- Ensure OASIS accuracy, timeliness, and Medicare compliance
- Coach and develop clinicians to improve documentation, quality, and outcomes
- Lead case conferences and care coordination efforts
- Monitor and drive performance metrics, quality scores, and regulatory readiness
- Collaborate with branch leadership to ensure efficient, patient-centered operations
What You Bring
- Active RN license (New Mexico or compact)
- Home health experience (required)
- Strong working knowledge of OASIS documentation and regulations
- Leadership experience (Clinical Manager, Supervisor, Lead RN, or similar)
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and compliance standards
- A passion for mentorship, accountability, and quality improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
- Proven success improving STAR ratings or quality measures
- Background managing high-volume home health caseloads or teams
