- # Driver (DOT/No CDL)Applylocations: Pacific, WAposted on: Posted 4 Days Agojob requisition id: R-101187**Job Description:****Job Summary:**Drivers take delivery of incoming shipments of products, organize merchandise for delivery, package products for shipping and keep records regarding these transactions and company vehicle for parts transportation. Drivers will also assist in many areas of the warehouse including production of hose and fittings, picking orders. **Hourly pay:** $26.17**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Experience picking orders in quantities that can vary greatly* Dependable, fast, and efficient while maintaining quality work ethic* Inventory, productivity and process awareness* Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment* Support sales by processing parts orders for shipment* Responsible for sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product* Maintain work truck, warehouse and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.* Other duties as assigned.**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:*** High School Diploma is preferred.* 3 years’ experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, material handling is ideal.* Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record* Forklift experience is preferred.* Computer literate, with data entry and part look-up skills* Strong analytical, problem solving and corrective action skills.* Possess a strong sense of urgency and attention to accuracy and detail.* Excellent communication skills with customers and team are required* Willing and able to obtain DOT Med Card* Must be able to pass all EHS required training**Physical and Work Environment Requirements:*** Able to lift, stoop and bend without restriction repeatedly over the course of a shift* Lifting of 50 to 75lbs.* Consistent walking and climbing* Sitting for prolonged hours when operating delivery DOT Van/Truck**Company Benefits:**• 2 Medical Plan Options - Base HSA (High Deductible) and Buy-UpMedical Plans• Prescription (Rx) Insurance• Health Savings Account (HSA)• 2 Dental Plan Options - Base Dental and Buy-Up Dental Plans• Vision Insurance• Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s)• Health Care FSA• Dependent Care FSA• Company Paid Base Life Insurance• Company Paid Accident, Death & Dismemberment Insurance• Company Paid Business Travel Accident Insurance• Company Paid Disability Insurance Short-Term Disability (STD) and Base Long-Term Disability (LTD)Insurance• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)• Voluntary Hospital, Accident & Critical Illness (Cancer) Insurance• 401(K) Retirement Plan with 50% Company Match• Voluntary Pet Insurance• Vacation and Personal/Sick Time• Paid Grandparent Leave• Paid Bonding Leave• Adoption Assistance• Education Assistance (Tuition Reimbursement)**About Wastequip**Wastequip got its start in 1989 with containers and compactors.
