Your role will reflect our shared goal of enhancing health care delivery and building healthier, more vibrant communities.Qualifications you’ll bring:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or related field.The availability to work full-time, hybrid in Schenectady, NY3–5 years of experience in project management, PMO, portfolio, or process improvement activities. Experience in healthcare or a regulated environment is a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.Understanding of Lean and continuous improvement principles.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growthHumility to play as a teamCommitment to being the difference for our customers in every interactionYour key responsibilities:Supports the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of project and portfolio management practices across MVP Health Care.Responsible for owning and maintaining defined PMO processes, standards, and artifacts, and supporting portfolio visibility, and tool enablement activities.Works closely with the PMO Lead, this role enables disciplined execution and transparency while exercising independent judgment within established frameworks.Partners closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure PMO processes are consistently applied, data is accurate and reliable, and tools are effectively used to support decision‑making.Contributes to continuous improvement through incremental, practical enhancements to PMO processes and reporting.Demonstrate curiosity, accountability, and collaboration—fully embodying MVP’s core values: Be Humble, Be Curious, Be the Difference.Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.Where you’ll be:Hybrid – 4x/week in-office, 1 day remote (Schenectady, NY)Pay TransparencyMVP Health Care is committed to providing competitive employee compensation and benefits packages.
