Commercial Sales & Marketing Representative

FISH Window Cleaning is seeking a motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Commercial Sales and Marketing Representative to help grow our commercial and residential customer base. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, leveraging technology to drive sales, and controlling your own success through performance, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain FISH Window Cleaning's local presence through social media platforms, including Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other digital marketing channels.
• Develop new commercial business through strategic cold calling, networking, and face-to-face prospecting.
• Utilize company Virtual Assistant (VA) resources to identify prospects, schedule appointments, maintain customer contact, and support lead generation activities.
• Build relationships with cleaning companies, maintenance companies, property management firms, general contractors, and other referral partners to generate subcontracting opportunities.
• Grow the residential customer base through referrals, networking, community involvement, and local marketing initiatives.
• Establish partnerships with maid services and other complementary businesses to generate residential leads.
• Prepare professional on-site estimates and present customized solutions to prospective customers.
• Utilize FISH Window Cleaning's proprietary estimating and customer management software to prepare proposals, manage leads, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Follow up consistently on all estimates, referrals, and sales opportunities to convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain regular contact with prospective clients and key decision-makers through phone, email, social media, and in-person visits.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and pipeline information.
• Always Represent the FISH Window Cleaning brand professionally in the community.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Experience with or willingness to learn social media marketing, including Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other online platforms.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional follow-through.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
• Ability to prepare accurate job estimates and proposals.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and dependability.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
