Bilingual Community Health Promoter: Outreach & Navigation

Cook County Government

Cook County Health & Hospitals System seeks a Community Health Promoter, Bilingual to identify health risks and provide culturally appropriate education and guidance. The role supports residents with navigating health services, vaccines, testing, and related resources, including COVID-19 issues. It involves outreach, data entry, and collaboration with CCDPH and CCDPH teams.
