It involves leading store employees through hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching to maintain operational standards. The role requires ownership of store functions including marketing, loss prevention, and labor management to drive success. Success is measured by store performance metrics such as sales goals, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
