HAUS is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team. This person has 2-3 years experience working as a production coordinator (or similar) across commercials, TV, Films, or marketing either as a freelancer or on staff at a studio, production company or agency. An understanding of the roles and responsibilities of everyone on set is a must. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and process vendor invoices. 
• Manage wrap process for shoots, including: 
• Reviewing and submitting expenses/invoices
• Collecting inventories and hard drives 
• Completing any outstanding tasks related to the shoot 
• Assist with setting up and wrapping crew payroll. 
• Liaise between freelance production teams and Netflix. 
• Assist with booking crew and renting equipment as needed. 
• Assist with managing, processing, and wrapping petty cash.
• Assist with setting meetings with internal and external partners
• Support budget tracking by reviewing and allocating expenses to appropriate cross-functional cost centers.

• Experience in project and data management is highly desired. 
• Only Los Angeles residents will be considered. 

Freelance to start
Freelance rate of $275 - $325 per day
Full time at $70,000 - $80,000
