The Boys and Girls Clubs of Topeka seeks a Human Resources Generalist to lead recruitment, onboarding and new hire orientation for employees and volunteers. You will manage applicants through BGCT timelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth Cleared to Start process. You will maintain HRIS records, administer benefits enrollment and support performance management and employee relations under the VP of Finance and Administration.
