Project & Content Manager

The Grove’s Communication Team supports ministries through organized, timely, and effective communication. The Project & Content Manager ensures communication initiatives move from concept to completion efficiently and effectively.Reports to: Communication DirectorWorks with: Communication Team, Ministry Leaders, Approved VendorsWorks: Part-time, approximately 25 hours per week, hourlyPROJECT MANAGEMENT & WORKFLOW — 60%Build and manage project timelines for communication initiatives.Communicate deadlines and expectations to ministries.Track deliverables and ensure timely completion.Maintain project management systems and documentation.Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.CONTENT & ASSET COORDINATION — 20%Assemble required assets for campaigns and events.Coordinate handoffs between copywriting, design, and video.Work with approved vendors for print, signage, and other outsourced collateral as needed.Ensure all deliverables meet deadline and scope requirements.OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT — 20%Manage administrative and operational tasks that support the Communication Team, including purchasing, receipts, supply ordering, and other coordination needed to keep projects and workflows running smoothly.Attend Communication Team meetings, staff devotions, all-staff meetings and required trainings.Before submitting a resume and cover letter, please read The Grove’s Statement of Faith and Foundational Beliefs.
