Description Swensons Drive-In Restaurants is expanding, with a history of award-winning offerings and continued growth through new locations, food trucks, and ghost kitchens. Responsibilities Effectively onboard and train team members to brand standards; continuously coach, provide feedback, and develop team members to build two quality restaurant teams. Manage schedule development and member placement. Attract, select, and retain team members; manage and coach kitchen crew, kitchen supervisors, and curb servers to support operational success. Direct crew, assign duties, and perform quick service and friendly service to customers and internal team members. Maintain standards of excellence in food quality, service friendliness, cleanliness, and safety to meet or exceed brand standards in all aspects of the restaurants. Ensure team members follow all recipes, procedures, and company policies; drive guest satisfaction and participate in local store marketing programs; investigate and resolve guest complaints and feedback. Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and equipment. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and applicable laws. Ensure equipment operates efficiently and the facility is maintained according to company standards. Inspire and coach to drive excellence around core operations procedures on each shift (examples include shift accountability, product projections, repairs and maintenance spend, and cost controls). Demonstrate company values and represent Swensons professionally in all aspects of performance; perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
