Physical Therapist

UCHealth is seeking a Physical Therapist for our outpatient neuro/ortho clinic. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat adults with neurologic and orthopedic conditions using evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and gait/balance training. You’ll develop individualized plans of care, document in the EMR, and collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other team members. Responsibilities Evaluate patients with neurologic and orthopedic conditions and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and manual therapy. Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other team members to coordinate comprehensive care. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and condition management. Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and best practices. Participate in quality improvement, clinical initiatives, and, when available, research projects. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, UCHealth policies, and professional practice guidelines.
