Renaissance of Richfield is currently looking for a full-time employee for our Front Desk Receptionist team!

Pay: Starting at $16/hr
Shifts:
- 8:30am to 5pm Monday – Friday
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Courteous and cheerful greeting all visitors, members, and families.
- Answers inbound telephone calls professionally and directs the caller to the correct recipient.
- Performs customer service functions by answering member requests and questions.
- Keeps entrance to building neat and tidy and maintains visitor log.
- Makes copies, faxes, scans, and files documents.
- Processes mail.
- Complies with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Monitor call light system; monitors front door and maintains visitor log
Experience and Requirements:
- Working knowledge of basic PC skills
- Working knowledge of copy machine
