Field Service Technician Duties As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be trusted to keep essential equipment running safely and efficiently. Your work directly impacts our customers’ productivity. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts, pallet jacks, dock equipment, aerial lifts, compactors, and other industrial equipment Identify and recommend items in need of repair. Provide superior customer service. Work safely, following all safety policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned. Previous experience diagnosing and repairing in the Material Handling, Automotive, Heavy Machinery, or Diesel industries is also preferred. Must be able to read and understand wiring and hydraulic diagrams. Strong communication skills required. Must be fluent in English. Bilingual skills are a plus.
