Job Description & Requirements

Adult Psychiatric Hospital

• Schedule: 10-hour evening shifts, 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Experience Required: Previous psychiatric/behavioral health experience is required.
• Clinical Interview: All candidates will participate in a clinical interview as part of the selection process.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with adult psychiatric patients and providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospital setting.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and the ability to manage a variety of behavioral health needs are essential.

Onboarding Requirements:

• Candidates must be able to arrive a few days prior to their scheduled start date to complete New Mexico (NM) fingerprinting requirements.
• Candidates must have their Social Security card in hand for the onboarding process.
• Please ensure all required documentation is available and ready prior to arrival to help ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process.
