Key responsibilities Spearhead the evolution of AI-enabled workflows to create scalable business communication processes Draft and refine customer-facing communications, ensuring alignment with brand voice and customer-centric messaging Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and transform requests into polished communication drafts Required qualifications 5+ years of professional copywriting experience Strong portfolio/work samples are required Telecom industry experience is highly preferred Experience with Microsoft Copilot AI, SharePoint, and AI-powered content tools
