What We’re Looking For

Active Illinois cosmetology or barber license
Comfort with clipper cutting, fades, and men’s styles
Friendly, professional, team-first attitude

About the Role

This is a men’s haircut-focused salon with a steady flow of clients. You’ll work in a clean, organized environment with clear systems, strong support, and a leadership team that values reliability, growth, and respect.

Your Tips Matter – Now, thanks to an industry-wide effort championed by Sport Clips, you can deduct up to $25,000 of your tips, keeping more of what you earn. We’re proud to support initiatives that put more money back in your pocket.

Note: The IRS still needs to provide implementation guidance. Tip income must still be reported.
