We’re looking for a compassionate and team-oriented OB/GYN to join a thriving practice. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a supportive, collaborative group of professionals while enjoying a 4.5-day workweek and a well-balanced lifestyle in a growing North Texas community.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full-time, permanent hospital-employed position

• Reasonable call schedule (1:4)

• 4.5-day workweek (Monday–Friday)

• Privileging process takes approx. 2 months

• Supportive practice with backup call and surgical assist available

• CRNA-administered anesthesia available 24/7
  

Professional Details:

• Average 273 patient visits/month (goal)

• Average 22 deliveries/month

• 2 OBs currently on staff

• Level II Nursery

• High-risk pregnancies typically transferred at 30–32 weeks (based on pediatrician discretion)

• EMR: Allscripts Professional

• Call coverage: 1:4 (in-house; confirmation needed on specifics)

• Strong hospital support with experienced CRNAs and dedicated support staff
