Join Pinnacle Collective’s Inbound Lead Division:

Pinnacle Collective is hiring Realtors for its inbound lead division serving Milwaukee, Brookfield, New Berlin, and the surrounding Wisconsin markets.

This role is designed for agents who want warm transfer opportunities, ISA support, strong training, and a team structure that helps them convert more leads into real appointments and clients.

Led by Marissa Canario, Pinnacle Collective is building a modern real estate team for agents who want coaching, accountability, and real operational support.

The Opportunity:

Pinnacle Collective’s inbound lead division is powered by multiple lead sources, including:

  1. Zillow
  2. Zillow Showcase
  3. Realtor.com
  4. Realtor.com Market VIP
  5. EZ Home Search
  6. YLOPO
  7. HomeLight
  8. Pay Per Click
  9. Team leader referrals

The team’s ISAs work high-volume inbound opportunities and help move leads closer to appointment-ready before transferring them to agents.

Agents can expect approximately 20+ warm transfer leads per month.

Training:

New agents begin with a full day of onboarding covering the team’s systems, tools, workflows, and best practices.

Newer agents also participate in the seven-week Sales Rocket program, designed to help them build skill, confidence, and production habits faster.

Ongoing coaching keeps agents focused on follow-up, conversion, client service, and consistent execution.
