Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience working as an OT in school or early intervention settings preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in multiple community and school-based environments
• Comfortable traveling within the assigned areas as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services to students in early intervention (full-time, 5 days/week), working with children and families within community settings
• Provide school-based OT support three days weekly to school-age students in an Emotional Support program
• Write and update individualized treatment plans, goals, and progress notes
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student success and participation
• Assess student abilities and develop tailored interventions to promote independence and functional skills
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development activities as required
