Job Description
Polous is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our expanding team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in account management, customer engagement, and strategic business communication. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and senior representatives to ensure account satisfaction and consistent results.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring all needs and expectations are met
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Support the implementation of customized account strategies
- Conduct market research and generate client reports
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet client objectives
- Track account performance metrics and report updates to senior managers
- Resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to continuously build skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment
- Problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM platforms
- No prior account management experience required full training provided
