Benefits: Bonus based on performance Company car Company parties Free uniforms Paid time off Steel Erection Foreman - Greater Austin Area Company: Central Texas Steel Erectors Location: Greater Austin Area, TX Pay: $40.00-$45.00/hour (Based on Experience) Benefits: Company Truck Provided Central Texas Steel Erectors is seeking an experienced Steel Erection Foreman to lead commercial structural steel projects throughout the Greater Austin area. We are looking for a motivated leader with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proven background in managing steel erection crews safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Supervise and lead steel erection crews on commercial construction projects. Coordinate daily activities to ensure projects stay on schedule. Read and interpret structural steel drawings and erection plans. Maintain a safe, productive, and organized jobsite. Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, crane operators, and subcontractors. Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance. Monitor quality, productivity, and workmanship throughout the project. Requirements Must have verifiable experience as a Steel Erection Foreman. Extensive experience in commercial structural steel erection is required. Ability to read and interpret structural steel plans and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Thorough knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and steel erection practices. Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must reside in the Greater Austin area. Local candidates only. What We Offer $40.00-$45.00/hour , based on experience. Company truck.
