Work on grading, drainage, utilities, and road projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and gain hands-on experience while growing your skills in a supportive and innovative environment.What You'll Do:As a Civil Project Engineer, you will work on site development projects and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality designs:Perform site development design: grading, drainage, sewer, water, erosion control, and road design (including profile layouts)Collaborate with engineering and drafting teams to coordinate design details and construction document requirementsPlan, schedule, and conduct or coordinate detailed phases of engineering workAttend design meetings, as directed by the Project ManagerReview submittals, prepare technical reports, perform routine conveyance calculations, and write observation reportsWhat You BringTo succeed as a Civil Project Engineer, you should bring the following skills and experiences:Minimum 1 year of civil engineering experienceExperience with grading, stormwater management, and utility designFamiliarity with stormwater modeling and technical information reportsStrong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyDesire to provide excellent service and build client relationshipsEffective communication skills with clients and project teamsCivil Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited universityWhy DCI EngineersAt DCI Engineers, you'll find more than just a job – you'll join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and a lifestyle you crave.
