Account Executive

Type: Full-Time Reports to: VP, Sales Summary The Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and developing business sales relationships with potential clients and closing new and expanded sales agreements. The Account Executives at Thnks work in a fast-paced business environment that is very competitive and quota-driven, and targets businesses of all sizes. The best Account Executives are hunters, capable of creating their own opportunities and constantly looking for that next sale. A strong predictor of success for an Account Executive is someone who incorporates a consultative approach to their sales technique, has exceptionally good prospective skills, the ability to be persistent, and has a passion for what is being sold! Your Role Manage and grow a sales pipeline while continuously hunting for new business opportunities. Conduct in-depth research on leads and prospects before presenting tailored product demonstrations. Deliver engaging product demos via video calls or in-person meetings. Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely and effective communication. Meet and exceed sales quotas by building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to refine strategies and enhance the customer experience. What We’re Looking For Sales Experience: 2-4 years in a sales or similar role, preferably in B2B environments. Relationship Builder: Strong ability to connect with both internal and external stakeholders. Self-Motivated: A proactive team player with a consultative and results-driven approach. Exceptional Communicator: Ability to clearly articulate solutions and address customer challenges effectively. Organized and Adaptable: Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales technologies and processes, with Salesforce experience preferred. Client-Facing Presence: Willingness to meet prospects in person to strengthen relationships.
