This is a 13-week contract position.

Days shift available with guaranteed hours.

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract at our facility. This position offers a great opportunity to provide essential therapy services to our residents while working in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and assessments to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding therapy techniques and home care strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
