Take ownership of preventive and diagnostic maintenance for production machinery and facility equipment to maximize uptime and safety.

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic domains
• Diagnose issues fast; interpret manuals and blueprints to execute precise fixes
• Program and troubleshoot robots, controls, and PLCs; support automation improvements
• Conduct TPM activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with new equipment installations and upgrades
• Operate hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipment confidently
• Adhere to OSHA and internal safety standards; take on other duties as assigned

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Experience in industrial maintenance, a technical field, or technical schooling
• Proven electrical and mechanical troubleshooting; automation exposure preferred
• Preventive maintenance know-how and disciplined execution
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, shop equipment, and PPE
• Metalworking skills: cutting, welding, drilling, tapping
• Working knowledge of PLCs and relay logic; hydraulics/pneumatics ; electrical distribution and LOTO
• Air compressor maintenance experience is a plus
• Physical ability to stand/walk; bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb; lift/move 50 lbs
