Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician
Our organization is a physician-led, accountable multispecialty group with over 650 providers, currently seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to become part of our Overland Clinic. This well-established practice is situated in a rapidly expanding area of the community.
About the TeamJoin a collaborative group consisting of:
- 3 Physicians
- 2 Advanced Practice Providers
This dedicated team is focused on delivering high-quality, relationship-centered primary care. Our Family Medicine practitioners provide care for patients throughout their entire lives, from newborns to end-of-life support, ensuring the health and well-being of individuals and families across generations.
Clinic FeaturesThe Overland Clinic is equipped with:
- A dedicated procedure room
- An onsite laboratory with a phlebotomist
- Robust clinical and operational support
These resources enable our providers to practice at the highest level of their expertise.
Organizational CommitmentWe are dedicated to fostering a culture rooted in quality, safety, and service excellence. We take pride in being a healing presence within the communities we serve. The schedule for this position follows a traditional clinic workweek, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 34 hours dedicated to patient contact. Call responsibilities are shared among Family Medicine physicians, approximately 1:40.
Support ServicesOur support includes:
- 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia
- Level IV Trauma Center
- Emergency Department
- On-site Family Medicine clinic
- Community family medicine clinics
- Specialty physicians from our larger system rotating in for outreach
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
- Board certified or eligible to obtain certification within three years of employment
- Possess Idaho medical licensure to practice in all aspects of medicine
- Valid controlled substance registration with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and DEA
