Job Description We are seeking a Registration Desk Staff professional to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests. In this role, you will manage the registration process, provide outstanding customer service, maintain accurate records, and ensure daily front desk operations run efficiently in a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities Welcome and register visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Assist guests with check-in procedures and answer general inquiries. Maintain accurate registration records and documentation. Coordinate visitor information with internal departments when needed. Ensure the reception and registration area remains organized and presentable. Provide administrative support and assist with daily office tasks. Handle incoming communications and direct inquiries appropriately. Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
