Physician - Hematology Oncology
Job Details:

• Provide direct patient care for individuals with various types of cancer and hematological disorders, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma
• Work alongside a team of nine physicians, eight advanced practice providers (APPs), and support staff to deliver disease-specific care
• Collaborate with nurse navigators and care managers to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Stay at the forefront of innovative treatments and technologies in the field of oncology
• Utilize EPIC EMR system to document and manage patient care across the healthcare system
• Participate in clinical research and apply new treatment methodologies
• Offer consultations, second opinions, and treatment plans for complex cancer cases
• Minimal call responsibility, shared with 13 other clinicians and two oncology hospitalists
• Minimal weekend coverage required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Hematology and Oncology required
• Active Colorado medical license required or willingness to obtain
• Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
• DEA registration required prior to start
