One year of professional sales experience as well as one year of recruiting experience or education is required. Pay is $40,000 to $60,000. Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder. No remote. Full-time permanent W-2 employee. Full benefits. No relocation. Elm Grove, Wisconsin area.
This full time, permanent Human Resources Employment Recruiter opening is at a growing yet stable employer. They are a respected leader in their industry. Sales are stable as customers are diverse across many industries. Employees enjoy working here as they are valued and treated well. The team oriented environment is collaborative, interactive and has a family feel. The company provided, in-house, hands-on training/mentoring program. The work environment is casual.
