Title: Medical Receptionist / Patient Services Representative Location: Kissimmee, FL Duration: 3 months with possible contract to hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Interview: Virtual via Microsoft Teams Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to support daily front‑office operations in a busy clinic setting. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls. Verify insurance eligibility and patient information. Manage incoming/outgoing faxes and medical records. Maintain accurate patient documentation in the EMR system. Provide excellent customer service and administrative support. Qualifications Previous medical office or healthcare administrative experience preferred. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Intermediate computer skills required. Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred.
