MISS A is growing fast, and we're looking for a friendly, energetic Sales Associate to join our team at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL. This is a part-time role starting at $15.00/hour with flexible scheduling — a great fit if you're balancing school, another job, or a busy life. We're an easy drive from Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Elk Grove Village, Arlington Heights, and the northwest Chicago suburbs. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Miss A: welcoming customers, helping them find their new favorites, keeping the floor full and fabulous, and ringing up sales.

What You'll Do

• Deliver a warm, welcoming shopping experience and help customers find what they're looking for.
• Run the register and handle transactions accurately.
• Keep the sales floor full, recovered, clean, and on-brand through restocking and replenishment.
• Support the team in a busy, fast-paced environment — customers, restocking, and register all at once.
• Bring positive energy and teamwork to every shift.

What You'll Bring

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Availability for a part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and move for a full shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfort using a register and handling cash.
• A reliable way to get to work.
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus — but not required.
