About the Role The District Sales Manager will lead a team of District Sales Representatives responsible for driving profitable growth, customer retention, new account acquisition, and consistent sales execution within an assigned district. This leader will spend meaningful time in the field coaching DSRs, supporting customer relationships, strengthening sales discipline, and partnering cross-functionally with operations and support teams to deliver results. What We're Looking For Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing outside sales representatives, preferably in foodservice distribution, CPG, food manufacturing, or a related industry. Strong track record of achieving sales growth, gross profit, customer retention, and new business goals. Ability to set clear expectations, inspect activity, coach in the field, and build accountability across a distributed sales team. Strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and comfort using CRM and sales analytics to manage performance. Willingness to travel regularly within an assigned district.
