Delivery Project Lead

Role Description The Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) is responsible for leading the design, architecture, and delivery of Pega-based enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with Pega best practices, business objectives, and enterprise architecture standards while mentoring teams and driving successful implementations. Technical Skills 8+ years of overall IT experience 4–6+ years of hands‑on Pega development 2+ years in a Lead Architect or LSA role Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification (mandatory) Strong hands‑on experience with Pega Platform (v7.x / 8.x / Infinity) Case Management & BPM Decisioning (optional but preferred) Data modeling and data pages Constellation UI (Sections, Views, Theming) Integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, File, Database) Security & Access Control Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and performance optimisation Lead onshore/offshore teams experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Process Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with others in a team environment. Ability to work on aggressive schedules, including occasional work beyond normal hours (weekends or evenings). Behavioral Skills Good communication.
